I. Competition Method
(I) Competition Groups:
1. Group A: Elementary school students from 4th to 6th grade participating in the speech competition.
2. Group B: Elementary school students from 1st to 3rd grade participating in the storytelling competition.
(II) Preliminary Round: Each school will organize and actively promote this competition.
(III) Semi-finals: Each school will select representatives from the preliminary round to participate. Schools with 1 to 39 classes can register 1 person per group; schools with 40 or more classes can register 2 people per group.
1. Registration Time: From 8:00 AM on March 25, 113 (Monday) to 4:00 PM on April 1, 113 (Monday). (Both hard copy and electronic versions of the registration form must be submitted within the registration period)

2. Registration Method: Unified registration by the school. Interested students should contact the Dean of Students by March 10th. If there are too many applicants, an on-campus preliminary selection will be held.
3. Competition Time: From April 24, 113 (Wednesday) to April 26, 113 (Friday), a total of 6 sessions in the morning and afternoon. Morning session: 08:30 to 11:30; Afternoon session: 13:00 to 16:00. The organizing school will arrange participants into one of these sessions based on the actual registration situation. The list will be announced on the Shuanglian Elementary School website before April 12, 113 (Friday). (Detailed competition times for Group A and Group B will be announced separately at the drawing meeting based on registration status and posted on the Shuanglian Elementary School website).

4. Competition Venue: Shuanglian Elementary School Audiovisual Center and Lianxin Xiaozhan (No. 51, Jinxi Street, Datong District, Taipei City, Tel: 25570309 ext. 1023).
(IV) Finals and Award Ceremony:
1. Finals Time: April 8, 113 (Wednesday) from 13:00 to 15:00.
2. Award Ceremony: From 15:30 to 17:00 on April 8, 113 (Wednesday), the award ceremony will be held immediately after the finals.
3. Event Venue: Songshan Elementary School Auditorium, Songshan District, Taipei City.
