I. Event Information

(I) Date: July 3, 2024 (Wednesday) to July 5, 2024 (Friday), a total of 3 days and 2 nights. Accommodation: Kaohsiung City (based on the actual bidding location).

(II) Participants: Hearing-impaired students in the upper elementary grades (grades 3-6) and hearing-impaired junior high school students. The number of accompanying counselors should be determined based on the number of registered students (details on teacher-student recommendations are in the plan). Approved leave (business trip) will be granted.

II. Registration Method

(I)If you wish to register, please contact the Special Education Section of our school at 29360725-153 before 12:00 PM on May 22, 2024 (Wednesday).This is to facilitate registration with the school's organizing unit..

This case adopts electronic registration. Please register as a school unit. Before the end of the workday on May 23, 2024 (Thursday), please send the Excel registration form and the PDF stamped file to the organizer's email address (Email: rj7369@gov.taipei; Subject: 2024 Hearing-Impaired Student Summer Camp Registration - School Name). Please indicate in the email whether a performance program is arranged.

(II) After sending the email, please call the organizer to confirm successful registration. After successful registration, the organizer will reply with instructions for online registration. Please ensure that the school representative completes the online registration by May 27, 2024 (Monday) according to the email reminder.

(III) The number of participants is limited and will be accepted in order of school response and registration form order. Failure to submit and confirm information by the deadline will be considered as forfeiting the registration.
