II. The foundation is a cultural and educational foundation approved by the Ministry of Education, with the aim of promoting ethics and advocating filial piety and fraternity.

III. Applicants are divided into student and social groups. For application requirements, please refer to the selection and commendation regulations.

IV. Instructions for submitting recommendation and application documents are as follows:

(I) Submission deadline: From June 2, 2025 (Monday) to September 2, 2025 (Tuesday) (based on postmark). Late submissions will not be accepted.

(II) Submission method: Please mail to "Harmony Filial Piety Cultural and Educational Foundation Office", mailing address: No. 10, Lane 227, Section 2, Anhe Road, Daan District, Taipei City.
