I. Training Participants: Parent volunteers (must be recommended and dispatched by schools at all levels in this city), school faculty and staff (including military training instructors and student affairs innovation personnel), and retired public servants and teachers, totaling approximately 240 participants (30 participants per group).

II. Training Content: This training covers all grade levels (upper elementary, middle school, and all high school grades). Each school is requested to dispatch trainees based on the number of classes and existing "Guardian of the Virus" (防毒守門員) instructors (maximum of 2 participants per school to train different grade levels). The training is divided into 6 hours of training (curriculum plan as attached 1) and a 10-minute certification test (certification explanation as attached 2). The curriculum includes key teaching points and techniques, teaching demonstrations, and practical exercises.

III. Training and Certification Test Location: Taipei Municipal Wanfang Senior High School (Address: No. 115, Lane 1, Section 3, Xinglong Road, Wenshan District, Taipei City).

IV. Schedule:

(I) Group Training: July 4, 2024 (Thursday).

(II) Certification Test: July 5, 2024 (Friday), starting from 9:00 AM until the certification is completed.
