II. Study location: B109, B1, Boai Building, Library Campus, National Taipei University of Education (No. 129, Heping East Road Section 1, Da'an District, Taipei City).

III. Target audience: Special education counselors in universities and colleges in the northern region (Kinmen County, Taipei City, New Taipei City, Keelung City, Yilan County, Hualien County, Taoyuan City, Hsinchu County/City) and special education teachers in junior high and senior high schools in our school's counseling area (Yilan County, Taipei City, New Taipei City, Keelung City, Kinmen County, Lienchiang County) will be given priority for admission. If the number of applicants is less than the quota, cross-regional applications will be accepted. Quota: 50 people.
