The first phase of the "2023 National and Junior High School Female Menstrual Product Subsidy Program" includes 2 vouchers, which will be distributed on March 1st and are valid for redemption until April 30th, 2023. The redemption methods and procedures are summarized as follows:

(1) Eligible recipients: Female students in grades 5 through 9 of national and junior high schools in this city.

(2) Distribution date: Vouchers will be distributed on the 1st of each month starting from March 2023.

(3) How to receive vouchers: Log in to CoolLearn Cloud using the student's personal account and password, or the parent's account and password that has been linked to the child, to receive the vouchers (detailed operating instructions are attached).

(4) How to use: Two vouchers will be issued each month, each valued at NT$100. Each voucher can be used to redeem one designated menstrual product. No cash difference will be provided for underpayment or change will be given for overpayment. Vouchers cannot be combined with other in-store promotions.

(5) Validity period: Vouchers are valid for 2 months. For example, vouchers issued in April are valid from April 1st to May 31st.

(6) Redemption channels: Hi-Life, 7-ELEVEN, and FamilyMart convenience stores nationwide. You can choose a different redemption channel each month when collecting vouchers, but once selected, it cannot be changed for that period.

(7) Operating instructions (detailed steps are attached):

1. Using a computer: Log in to CoolLearn Cloud to print the vouchers. If students encounter difficulties, please ask your school to assist students in using school computers and printers.

2. Using a mobile phone: Log in to the CoolLearn APP and display the voucher barcode.

3. Printing at convenience store kiosks: Note the barcode number of the voucher and print a receipt at the convenience store's multimedia kiosk.

(8) Redeemable items: Each convenience store offers more than 10 types of menstrual products for redemption. Please refer to the instructions on the voucher for details. Non-designated products are not eligible for redemption.
